About Chatter Research

Retail and hospitality businesses want more insight into why their customers came into the store and how their shopping experience went. The tool they’re using is an online survey link off the receipt. Response rates are very low, customers don’t like online surveys, and companies are left guessing what customers are thinking.

Chatter Research delivers something to businesses that they’ve never had before: real-time customer feedback. We make it easy for customers to engage in a conversational survey via text message, as they leave the store or restaurant. Imagine the difference between knowing how you’ve performed from a customer perspective at the end of the month vs knowing how you’re doing RIGHT NOW. What decisions could you make in real-time to improve the customer experience? What impact will those decisions have on customer satisfaction? On operations? On revenue?

We have the backing of some of North America’s most important venture capital firms. They are not only financial backers, they are rolling up their sleeves to supercharge our company to make sure we realize the opportunity ahead.

Our product has been built by a talented team of experienced product designers and developers. We have large enterprise partners using our software and we’re in a position to lead the transformation of the entire consumer research industry. With much more to come…
