Data Scientist

The Problem to solve

  • Free Text Classification and Sentiment on survey responses
  • Sentiment is context/ classification specific
  • Multiple classifications per response
  • Open ended Ontology
  • Large Data Set is growing quickly
  • Varied customer domains (retail, service, hospitality, banking) – these will need to be scaled in the future.

The Role / Responsibilities

Propose and evolve neural net models to tackle the problem;
Train and validate models;
Manage Ontology and Perform QC:
– especially keeping the data set balanced; and
– identifying faults in data set / ontology.

Skills Required

  1. Machine Learning Frameworks ( Keras, Tensorflow, nltk)
  2. Natural Language Processing
  3. Deep Neral Networks
  4. Strong Data Analytics Skills

Machine Learning Engineer

The Role / Responsibilities

  1. Build the software development infrastructure to deploy, train, test and validate Machine Learning models.
  2. Build the software development infrastructure to manage the training data set (data entry, QC, audit, etc.
  3. Deploy Machine Learning models;
  4. Build an app infrastructure to:
    • Categorize data set;
    • QC/Manage and train data set;
    • Train and validate models.

Skills Required

  • Software development (Ruby, Python)
  • Experience deploying Machine Learning Models

Growth Marketing Manager

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will be accountable for maintaining alignment with and supporting our sales, channel and customer success teams with both strategic and tactical initiatives designed to support company growth, acquisition and empower our customers.

You will implement outbound marketing campaigns to support prospecting, lead and pipeline generation for new and existing target accounts. You’ll have a direct impact on revenue and be a key stakeholder in growth.

Problem-solving abilities and project management are a must-have for success in this role. You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for permission to take action and drive results. You enjoy working both autonomously and collaborating with a small creative team. This position will require travel at least one time per month, approximately 25% of the time.

The Role / Responsibilities

  • Help drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness activities for net new and existing target accounts
  • Partner with sales leaders, account executives, customer success, and channel partner managers to support our target account sales goals
  • Forecast, measure and analyze the impact of programs on sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success; identify gaps based on current KPIs and suggest new campaigns to fill in those gaps
  • Manage, execute and support trade events and logistics including but not limited to negotiation, presentation development, branding and collateral, demos – you are as comfortable putting on your own sales hat and having deep knowledge of our customer’s needs
  • Communicate with sales in order to gain buy-in, understanding, and participation in marketing programs
  • Drive growth and strategy for all digital acquisition channels
  • Day to day management of paid marketing channels (Facebook, AdWords, etc.) without an agency
  • Create and manage user acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust spend accordingly
  • Monitor effective campaign performance against benchmarks, analytics, and target ROI’s and KPI’s
  • Drive optimization through A/B tests and experiments
  • Analyze user behaviour data to increase traffic and improve conversion rates

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software marketing required; SaaS software experience highly desired
  • Be a high-performance team player who can work cross-functionally
  • Experience working in marketing with proven success and high initiative in the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns
  • CRM and Marketing Automation experience highly desired
  • 2+ years of Growth Hacking /Growth Marketing experience either in a digital agency or a fast-paced e-commerce startup required
  • Expertise in direct social media and display advertising including Google Adwords and Google Analytics
  • Proven track record of success of driving growth and meaningful engagement
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and email list building (Klaviyo, Drip or other is a plus)
  • Experience in CRO, A/B, and multivariate testing a plus
  • Great communication skills and ability to present results in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical approach to solving business, marketing, and sales problems
  • Able to think outside the box, suggest new ideas, and implement new campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead by example and achieve extraordinary results
